Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions below before you hire from Chuckle Party.

  • We recommend that our soft play and toddler toys are suitable for pre-school children up to 5 years old. The soft play equipment is intended for the use of pre-shool children only.
  • No shoes to be worn on the mats, or in the ball pool or on the soft play shapes.
  • For health and safety reasons, socks should be worn at all times.
  • No food or drink to be consumed whilst playing on any of the soft play or mats.
  • All soft shapes must stay on the mats provided to avoid damage or possible injury to the user.
  • All children must be supervised when using the play equipment as any misuse may result in injury.
  • Please ensure that sharp objects including keys, toys and jewellery are not taken onto the equipment.
  • We would advise children with spectacles and hearing aids to remove them before going onto the equipment.
  • The welfare of the children whilst playing on the Chuckle Party equipment  remains the responsibility of the hirer.
  • Any equipment damaged during the event should be removed from the play area immediately to avoid possible injury and reported to Chuckle Party.
  • All possible care and attention should be made to keep Chuckle Party toys and equipment dry and out the rain and mud.
  • The terms of our insurance mean that no alcohol should be consumed in the play area, also smoking is prohibited.
  • No permanently staining substances should be used near the equipment, such as party poppers or silly string, if you are unsure please ask first.
  • The hirer will be responsible for costs incurred from reckless damage or misuse resulting in repair, additional cleaning or replacement of equipment.
  • A contract and an inventory will be provided on the day and will require a signature.
